Booking Terms and Conditions
Please review these conditions before confirming your booking.
Payments and Minimum Stays
- Easter and October long weekend bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Christmas and January bookings must be paid in full by 1 November before the stay.
- Minimum stays apply: 7 nights during Christmas and January, and 4 nights during Easter and the October long weekend.
- A booking fee is payable at the time the booking is made.
- A $20 surcharge applies to all one-night accommodation bookings.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be provided in writing at least 30 days before arrival.
- Refunds may be available subject to management approval.
- No refunds are provided due to weather.
- All cancellations will incur an administration fee.
Pets, Vehicles and Sites
- Cabins and cottages incur a $20 pet fee per animal, per stay. Credit card details must be provided for the pet bond.
- Campsites incur a $10 pet fee per animal, per stay.
- One vehicle is included per site. Additional vehicles are charged $10 each for the entire stay.
- Additional tents are charged $10 per tent, per stay.
General Conditions
- Linen hire is available from reception for $20 per bed by prior arrangement only.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Management reserves the right to relocate site bookings when necessary.
